John Vincent Coulter's wife and agent Nell Martin and her husbands Martin and her agent John Vincent Coulter are the mother and father of this child. She has Irish and German ancestry. She served as the United States Court of Appeals law clerk in Kansas following her graduation from the law. After a while, she quit her government work to join a firm working in New York City. Her new role focused on corporate law. In 1998 she was featured on T.V. numerous times discussing issues surrounding the Bill Clinton scandal and impeachment and quickly became a household word. In the aftermath of this scandal that she wrote her first novel, High Crimes and Misdemeanors, The Case Against Bill Clinton. In 1998 she was also convicted of plagiarism.
